Used ChIPseeker:

plotDistToTSS(peakAnnoList, title = "Distribution of ChIP-seq Peaks Relative to TSS")

Wondering what a good way to assign stats to differences in peak locations I can clearly see here, relative to TSS. Not sure which test is appropriate. Thanks.
