I have just updated my BASiNET package and i received this error:

ERROR: dependencies RWeka, rmcfs are not available for package BASiNET

How can I fix it error? Because in my desktop I install all dependencies that my package need. Is it possible to download dependencies directly from CRAN? How can I do this?

This is a question that is better suited to the BioC-devel mailing list, or as a comment in the same Github issue. Though I can tell you now that downloading from CRAN will not help your Windows build issues. This is because CRAN has not updated the binaries for R-devel, which is causing issues for everyone:
