Hi everyone,

I've been trying for a while to run the ripseek command with some AgoIP samples and I'm not sure if I set the correct parameters. I keep getting the following error message:

Error in class[Total] <- which.max(PLOGL[Total, ]) :
  replacement has length zero

Does anyone knows what could be the problem?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
