Hello,

I have some unclear understanding of the term "sequence composition effect". It is easy of course to imagine sequence composition but I couldn't find an easy way to understand its effect with respect to the statistical analysis of RNA-seq data. I encountered the phrase two or more times in single cell RNA-seq data analysis studies. Can some one help me explaining it?
