PCA analysis in R for 780 genes in 20 samples.

Halo friends,

 

 

I have to do PCA analysis. I have 17 different samples (columns) and 730 genes for each samples (rows). I want to find how different they are from one another depending on the expression of all these genes.

I would like to know the code in R and which package should i use for this.

How can i compare more than two samples using only first two Principle Components??
