When I attempt to load a partially analyzed dataset in RnBeadsDJ GUI, I see this error in the modules tab:
"The analysis directory does not contain RnBSet objects"
I am using the analysis directory that was used for the initial run, but it now seems to have an issue loading it. What can I do to continue running the other modules without having to restart the entire analysis?
