hi all,

i need to create a custom cdf from different chipsets (not in a combination) for example ; for hgu95v2. I have to handle unique perfect match cdf file for my research. what I need is;  I have a list of x-y coordinate files of probes that i need to eliminate (or if easier i need to keep them and elimate what are not in this file)  from an original cdf file. how  can i do this?
