For some reason, one of the replicates of my htseq-count files is not normalizing correctly when run through DEseq2. I have attempted to change settings, re-map the original .fasta file, and all of my efforts still lead to the same replicate not normalizing. I believe that it has something to do with the htseq-count values of that replicate, but I haven't been able to find any reason why this would be occurring or how to fix it. Any guidance would be appreciated, thanks!
