When I use ChIPseeker package, I found that I installed that package before. After several days, when I reuse this, it showd “Error: package or namespace load failed for 'ChIPseeker' in dyn.load(file, DLLpath = DLLpath  ^p unable to load shared object '/share/apps/genomics/opt/Rlibs344/Rcpp/libs/Rcpp.so':    /share/apps/gcc-4.8/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version GLIBCXX_3.4.20' not found(required by /share/apps/genomics/opt/Rlibs344/Rcpp/libs/Rcpp.so)

Has someone confronted the same problem? Please give me some suggestions, thank you a lot.

This looks like you installed R and / or Rcpp with one version of the C compiler, and then updated or moved the R installation to a computer with a different or non-existent version of the underlying C library. If this is a cluster or centralized server then probably this is a question for your system administrator. If it's your own computer I'd suggest re-installing R, Rcpp and then ChIPseeker, debugging at each step as necessary.
