When can we expect the latest versions to be available on bioconductor and bioconda? I am particularly interested to use the "dtuScaleTPM" method...

New features are added to Bioconductor's 'devel' branch. This branch becomes the 'release' once every six months. The most recent release, on May 1, was release 3.7 bioconda is currently using the previous release, version 3.6, so the most recent 'new feature' available in bioconda was introduced into 'devel' before October 31, 2017. If you want to use new features, then bioconda is NOT currently the correct solution.

You can use dtuScaleTPM with the devel version of tximport, which requires the devel version of Bioc.
