Hi All,
I am trying to use RUV in conjunction with missMethyl to do an epic analysis but I have used the newer EPIC manifest (b4) “IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICanno.ilm10b4.hg19” to build my ‘m’ and ‘beta’ tables.
I was just wondering if there was any plan to update missMethyl to use this, as because it requires the B2 manifest I cant get RUV working.
