Hello,
Could I have some indication on how to build a bookdown vignette for a bioconductor package we are currently buidling? I could not find anything online. Thanks!

What type of vignette are you trying to make: PDF or HTML? I'm not sure if Bioconductor would be able to handle a HTML book, as I'm not aware of any packages with multi-page HTML vignettes, but I can't see an obvious issue with a PDF produced via bookdown.
Maybe you can share what you've already tried, or indicate what aspect of bookdown you'd like that isn't handled by BiocStyle.
This might be better suited to the mailing list. Although I'm not sure it fits with the current guidelines of the packages for Bioconductor: All the packages have the same structure on the landing pages.
