I am trying to download the Rsubread package through cygwin, but I can't find Subread in the packages offered in cygwin. Is there any other way to download Rsubread on my windows based computer?

I also found the linux shell downloadable from the windows 10 store (search for ubuntu) very easy to use for Rsubread by installing R and then using Rsubread through bioconductor!
