Hi All,

GWAS power and sample size calculation depend on several factor including the inheritance model (dominant, recessive or additive), the frequency of the high risk alleles in the population, the overall disease risk in the population, odds ratio (or relative risk), and the significance level.

What is the best package that I can use to estimate my sample size based on hypothetical information of the above mentioned terms?
