hello, it's my first post here I'm a bioinformatic and I search some proteomic dataseq. Unitil now i've just find PRIDE on embl-ebi but all the file are in .raw or .group and i can't use it.So I would like to discover an another site. Someone have an idea. Best regards and thank you in advance
You can search the existing Bioconductor Experiment Data Package to see if there are any packages that look like it would be promising. There are also two proteomic workflows. You could see what datasets are used in those workflow examples. There is also the Bioconductor ExperimentHub that provides data. The web API for the experimenthub can be accessed here . You could see if there is anything there as well.
