Hi, I have a little aesthetic issue with my sashimi plots. enter image description here.

In all of my plots the sashimi numbers of the exon skipping event are cropped although there is enough space.

Has someone experienced the same problem and knows a solution? I already changed all parameters but without success.

Thanks!

plotTracks(list(gtrack, altrack1, altrack2, altrack3, grtrack), sashimiFilter = introns.of.interest, from = plot.start, to = plot.end, chromosome = chr, type = c("coverage","sashimi"), sashimiNumbers=TRUE, sizes = c(0.5,0.5,0.5,0.5,0.5))

Hi Mario,

Thanks for reporting it. I changed settings for "sashimi" plots in Gviz. There should be new version compiled in release (1.26.5) and in development (1.27.6). They should be available in next few days. Let me know if that fixed your problem.

Best Robert
