Hi all I'm working with DEseq2 on RNAseq data and I observe an excess of positive signals (see attached MA plot). Any idea about how to reduce the noise? Many thanks in advance Maria

Use an lfcThreshold to define biological significance, for motivation read the DESeq2 paper or vignette on threshold testing.
