We have a major hardware failure on the server that handles stringdb package API. We are working on it, but at this point we don't know when it'll be fixed.

Could be today, but hopefully not longer then early next week. If we encounter any further delays I'll write here.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Normal STRING API and all other STRING's parts are unaffected.

Okay thanks for your reply.

I believe it is working now? I noticed I can't use version 11 of STRING with the STRINGdb R package.

Because of this server failure I'm now looking at the possibility of the update of string package to STRINGv11 API, so it won't rely on the legacy server. It seems doable, so it may be available with the next update.

STRING website and STRING R package backend are on different servers. Only the STRING package server is down.

It should be up again.

Hello, Is it possible that STRING package server is down again? I cannot use functions that need connection to STRING server.
