To whom it may concern:

I am trying to utilize the gene2pathway package by Bioconductor. I've downloaded the R 3.6 package as well, but after inputing the stated command:

## try http:// if https:// URLs are not supported
source("https://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
biocLite("gene2pathway")

a warning message appeared stating "package 'gene2pathway' is not available (for R version 3.6.0) "

Can someone help me resolve this issue.

The gene2pathway package was removed from Bioconductor a long time ago, see:

https://bioconductor.org/about/removed-packages/

Bioconductor does have other packages though that can do KEGG pathway analyses.

Note also that biocLite.R is no longer used to install Bioconductor packages, see

https://bioconductor.org/install/
