I am still trying to get the CDF information from the files provided on the BioConductor website. I used the commands: >load("hu6800cdf.rda") >hu6800cdf And get the following message: <environment: 01582558=""> How can I open this file and actually see the data? Ann

the section "Location ProbeSet Mapping" of the affy vignette has some examples. also the makecdfenv vignette has some info that might help. rafael examples.
