In order to accommodate the whole list of samples on the plot, how can I increase the width of the correlation plot generated by DiffBind

If the issue is that the labels are being cut off, try increasing the value to the margin parameter to dba.plotHeatmap()
Is the actual heatmap is being truncated? Are you plotting interactively to the screen (in which case making the plotting window wider should help) or plotting to a file (in which case specifying a greater width would help)?

Hi Rory, sorry I didn't saw your response earlier. Actually, I have 150 samples and want to display all their names in the correlation matrix, but with default settings it is only showing names for 35 samples because of the plot size. How can I resize the plot dimensions so that it will have all samples listed as x and y axis labels. I am still struggling with the same issue, kindly help.
