Are there a method to download atac-sec data from TCGA in a MultiAssayExperiment object?

I'm not aware of ATAC-seq data generated by the TCGA project, can you point to any? I might be able to advise then on how to integrate it with the MultiAssayExperiment objects provided by curatedTCGAData.

You are right! there are only BAM controlled files. Sorry!
