I'm using the clusterprofiler enrichKEGG function. I used downloadKEGG to download the most up to date database for KEGG, then I set useinternaldata = FALSE (the default setting). Do you know when the clusterprofiler KEGG database was last updated? Based on my reading from the KEGG website, I would need to pay $2000 per year to download the latest KEGG database from them. There isn't a clusterprofiler KeGG database. The data are downloaded from KeGG using their API. You can look on the KeGG website to see when those data were last updated.
