Hi - Is there a maximum number of files that I can import using tximport? I'm receiving the error where the names must be the same length as the vector. I have looked at the other responses, and none have helped so far. Thank you. Laurie

How did you fix this issue? I am using tximport for #DESeq2 ("DESeq2") but I do not understand why I am getting this error message:
