Hi all, I´m trying to follow ViSEAGO package tutorial (http://bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/vignettes/ViSEAGO/inst/doc/ViSEAGO.html#references) and at point 3.2 I´m getting following error:
BP_sResults<-ViSEAGO::merge_enrich_terms(Input=list(condition=c("BP","classic")))
Error in setnames(x, value) : Can't assign 3 names to a 2 column data.table
Can anyone help me fix this please? Thanks in advance.
