Hi - There are a number of people in our branch and potentially at NIH interested in using bioconductor for microarray analysis. I was wondering if we could set up a training session which introduced bioconductor briefly and then provided a hand-on analysis of microarray data? Could you please provide me with names, contacts and requirements to set up this type of training. Thank you in advance. The Bioconductor Core is currently working on a fee-for-service training session to be held in Boston some time in June 2003. I am nominally in charge of the planning for this and you may contact me for details on this or other potential training activities.
