Dear bioconductors, How do I perform a linear regression ("lm"-like) with a permutation correction of the pvalue? I tried to use the MTP function of the multtest package with the command below however I get an "NA" call as rawp value. > MTP(X=t(as.matrix(x)), Y=y, test="lm.YvsXZ", B=NumPermutations) Where x and y are two numerical vectors. In Comparison: The standard "lm" function does compute a pvalue for these two vectors.
