Hello, I have been trying to locate a software program called "TaqGCN" which is suppposed to be available through Bioconductor, according to the following web references I found. Would anyone happen to have any information on this particualr package? Am I perhaps just missing where it is placed on the Bioconductor website? Hi Melanie, There is currently no package called "TaqGCN" in Bioconductor. And AFAICS no package with this name has been submitted to the Bioconductor reviewers for inclusion in the next release. You might consider contacting directly the authors for a clarification.
