Could anybody help? When installing webbioc as following, I found warnings and errors. The R and Bioconductor information are showing as following. Thanks. Apparently the TclTk package cannot load because you do not have X11 (I guess) capability. If you are logging in remotely try using ssh -X (or -Y) and setting your DISPLAY variable.
