After reading OrderedList user's guide, it seems to me that the package allows only two sets of expression data or two lists. However I have three datasets and three lists. Is there any way that I can do meta-analysis of three of them altogether using OrderedList package? Someone else might have better information, but it certainly looks like the OrderedList package is for comparing two lists. If you would like more direction from the list, perhaps you can be more specific about what hypothesis you are testing and what data you have to do so. Sean
