Hello, how can I create an annotation package for a platform where the primary is an I.M.A.G.E. clone ID? I would rather do everything within BioConductor instead of resorting to mapping these IDs to a Genbank ID via a web interface and then using makeHUMANCHIP_DB (AnnotationDbi) which accepts "gb", "ug", "eg", "refseq" or "gbNRef". This type of ID "image" used to be supported in the baseMapType of ABPkgBuilder. Many thanks. James.

Please email me directly so that we can discuss the gory details. Marc
