Dear allWhen I use the 'GenTable' command to pass topGO result objects to look at the results, I can only see the top 10 GOs listed there. I would like to be able to specify what lists I want to see by condition, such as "top 100" or "by p-value cutoff" etc. What are the parameters available currently to do that? I am unable to find any information on them. Also in some cases the GO descriptions are truncated, is there a way to fix this? Am I missing some parameter here? Just as a note the 'GenTable' command is the one currently recommended but information only on the old 'genTable' command is available in the 'topGO' vignette. Kindly help. Thanks BALA. I would also like to know how to get full GOterms from GenTable, instead of truncated ones
