Hi, There are couple of dataset of Affymatrix arrays to expereince BioC applications, but not for Nimblegen. I searched a lot. I haven't found any. I would like to know whether there is any free Nimblegen expression data available in.pair or.xys file format to use BioC package.. I searched GEO database of NCBI. There is Populus gene expression dataset in .ftr format in GEO database. How do I convert such. ftr to.pair or.xys file format.? Thanks Dhiraj Naik Postdoctoral Research Associate WVU [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hello, a mouse expression data set in NimbleGen's ftr format can also be found in the ArrayExpress data base, The experiment data has the identifier E-TABM-183 and the array platform can be found under A-MEXP-607. For converting the ftr into xys files, you can use the function ftr2xys from package "Ringo".
