Dear all, I have had problems with PGSEA and Ruuid, (more specifically loading them) in Mac OS X 10.5. After installing the GTK+ framework (to get glib) from "http://r.research.att.com/gtk2-framework.dmg ", R still wasn't happy. Creating two symlinks with sudo ln /Library/Frameworks/GTK+.framework/Versions/2.14.X11/Resources/ lib/libglib-2.0.0.dylib /usr/local/lib/libglib-2.0.0.dylib sudo ln /Library/Frameworks/GTK+.framework/Versions/2.14.X11/Resources/ lib/libintl.8.dylib /usr/local/lib/libintl.8.dylib helped and the libraries now load as expected.
