Dear Sir/Madam, I have the following experimental data set. Control-01 Control-02 Control-03 Ex-1-Test- 01 Ex-1-Test- 02 Ex-1-Test -03 Ex-2-Test-01 Ex-2-Test-02 Ex-2-Test-03 Three samples with biological replicates. I wish to do ANOVA. Other than using limma package, I wish to do ANOVA with some other package especially with multtest package. Can I use test="f" option with the function mt.teststat?. In case If I can do how can I calculate the p value for the f-test value. Kindly help me out with this regard, with kind regards, antony -- John Antonydas Gaspar, Phd Student AG: Prof.A.Sachinidis Institute of Neurophysiology University of Cologne Robert-Koch-Str. 39 50931 Cologne/Germany Tel: 004922125918042 Handy: 004917683142627
