Debugging of generic functions

Hi all, currently I'm debugging a generic function of a S4 object in R. My problem is that the debugger returns only the standard signature of the function instead of "jumping into" the function of the doughter object. Any help would be appreciated. Philippe [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hi, trace can be used for methods. There are some helper functions in the RBioinf package.
