Folks - The Bioconductor core team is in the process of debugging and finalizing the content in the development packages to be released in the next version in a few weeks. If you have any ideas for improvements to your favorite or most often used packages (especially corrections/additions related to documentation, though even just suggestions would be welcome), now would be a wonderful time to convey them to us, in particular, to me, so that we can look into adding what might be possible for the coming release. In addition, if you are running R 1.8.0 or later (i.e. later being R-patched/R-devel, though not necessarily recommended for daily use), we would love to get feedback on use/bugs/corrections/desired features for the packages that you use, before the release. Remember, any help that you can provide with respect to this will only improve the quality of the coming release! If you have any questions or comments about this request, or if you have suggestions/changes/additions that we could or should add, please contact me mailto:rossini@u.washington.edu) off-list. Please (feel free to) send this to me; I'll compile, fix, or forward to the appropriate people and maintainers as needed. Thanks in advance, from the Bioconductor Core developers. best, -tony -- rossini@u.washington.edu http://www.analytics.washington.edu/ Biomedical and Health Informatics University of Washington Biostatistics, SCHARP/HVTN Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center UW (Tu/Th/F): 206-616-7630 FAX=206-543-3461 | Voicemail is unreliable FHCRC (M/W): 206-667-7025 FAX=206-667-4812 | use Email CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This e-mail message and any attachme...{{dropped}}
