Now I want to run BGmix, however I got this error: > readBGX('/Users/lucas/run.2') Read 178264 items Error in file(file, "r") : cannot open the connection In addition: Warning message: In file(file, "r") : cannot open file '/Users/lucas/run.2/sigma2.1': No such file or directory The path above exists and has the right permissions (drwxr-xr-x). Truly, there is no sigma2.1 file. I have no clue about sigma2.1. BGX did not generate it. I guess it was not suppose to...Was it?
