Hi, I'm using rtracklayer to plot my data into a UCSC genome browser view. Thanks to the developers, the package is really useful! I was wondering if there is a way to plot the data values into the view not using bars, but using for example lines, or other graphical methods. My data are from a CGH analysis, and it will be much more understandable... Can anyone help me? It is a matter of tweaking the function code? Or maybe genome browser doesn't allow it? Thanks in advance for any hints... G _________________________________________________________________ [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Ok, found it, thanks anyway. while laying the track using (layTrack) it is possible to set graphType="points" to display points instead than bars and also autoScale=F and viewLimits=c(minY,maxY) to set the data range Y limits.
