Dear all, I am very new in R. Now I am trying to analyze *the data of Arabidopsis Tiling Array using Bioconductor. However, I noticed ** that the CDF files should be included when importing the CEL files so that ** we can do the QC or RMA studies. However, I could not find the CDF for Arabidopsis Tilling Array 1.0F but only for 1.0R.* *I would think they should have two separate CDF for the two chips. How can I generate CDF for Arabidopsis Tilling Array 1.0F?* *Thank you very much!!* ** ** *Jane* [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hi Jane, You want to use the makecdfenv package. You can read about it here: http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/makecdfenv.html Marc Jie He wrote: > Dear all, > > I am very new in R.
