Dear snapCGH users, I am just a beginner of snapCGH. I am trying to learn that using the testdata that is provided with the package. I am sorry if my question is very basic. While I was using the function: processCGH  I got an error msg that says "subscript out of bounds". Can anyone explain me what does this message means? And help me to understand this.
