Hi, I wanted to find out the exact locations on the genes (and the chromosome) for exons and transcription start sites in the human genome. Is there any package that will let me get at this information? Alternatively, how should I go about getting this information? thanks! [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

See the experimental data package called: GenomicFeatures.Hsapiens.UCSC.hg18.
