Ron- Those are global variables that are set in the Site.pm file. The goal is to keep all site-specific configuration in that single file to make upgrading and maintenance easier. Watch for a new version of webbioc in the next few days. I just committed an update with additional support for installing metadata, the Sun Grid Engine, canceling jobs, and e-mail status updates. (The update will require migrating your configuration options to a slightly expanded Site.pm file.) -Colin On Nov 25, 2003, at 3:01, bioconductor-request@stat.math.ethz.ch wrote: > Date: Mon, 24 Nov 2003 13:22:20 +0200 > From: "Ron Ophir" <lsophir@wisemail.weizmann.ac.il> > Subject: [BioC] webbioc configuration > To: <bioconductor@stat.math.ethz.ch> > > Dear all, > I am trying to install webbioc.
