Hi, I think DNAcopy for aCGH segmentation does not allow missing values in data. That leads to missing probes after segmentation. But I require all the probes after segmentation. Any thoughts how I can get DNAcopy to provide all the probes after segmentation? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Anguraj
