Dear R Experts, Is there any package for identifying peptides from MS/MS data using R. Any help or pointers in this regard is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help. Regards, Kishor

Hi Kishor, Though there are packages such as MassSpecWavelet, CAMERA for mass spec data analysis, for varities of reason, these are not much in practice. One such reason is data often analyzed by visualizing spectra/peaks in mass spec community. So, I will recommend you to use some open source browser based tool such as X!Tandem, OMSSA, or Inspect.
