Hi there, Are there other packages like minet or qpgraph in bioC but which analyze data in a time-dependent mode? Thanks, Weiwei -- Weiwei Shi, Ph.D Research Scientist GeneGO, Inc. "Did you always know?" "No, I did not. But I believed..." ---Matrix III [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

hi, take a look to the G1DBN package which is not part of BioC but you'll find it on the CRAN repository, concretely at: http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/G1DBN/index.html its theoretical underpinning is partly based on qp-graphs just as the the qpgraph package for steady-state data, you'll find the corresponding article here: http://www.bepress.com/sagmb/vol8/iss1/art9 you'll have, however, to contact directly the package maintainer for questions related to this package. cheers, robert. ps: somehow i got today this and other messages, that is, two weeks later so, sorry for the delay in the answer.
