Dear list I need to do bootstrap on the results of hierarchical clustering. As far as I know, currently only pvclust package can do bootstrap for hierarchical clustering. Two questions: 1. In pvclust, is there any possibility to use distance matrix which was not produced by 'dist' function? 2. If not, is there any other package for clustering with implemented bootstrap that can accept user-defined distance matrix? I am wondering whether you could give any suggestion. Thank you!
