Hello, Can anyone tell me...wether can i get the exon level expression data from a hugene10stv1 chip... Is it possible to extract such information...like instead of getting the expression measures of whole probe set..getting the expression of single probes??? Regards, Sneha. , [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Dear Sneha, The new Affymetrix annotation files release r4 allow to use exon level expression data. Bioconductor has created packages hugene11stprobeset.db and hugene11sttranscriptcluster.db for this purpose. Alternatively you can use the BioC package xps, which allows to get exon level expression data for the HuGene array.
