Dear List, I have two color arrays. I plan to use limma package to read these arrays and perform some gene filtering. I would like to use "genefilter" package, however, I recall that genefilter works only on expression set. Could I directly use genefilter packge on MArray object? Or I have to convert it to ExpressionSet object? Thanks. -Xiaokuan [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Dear Xiaokuan you don't use a package on an object - rather, you apply a function to an object (or multiple objects). The genefilter package contains many different functions. Which function is it exactly that you want to apply to your object? Best wishes Wolfgang On 28/04/10 21:43, Xiaokuan Wei wrote: > Dear List, > > I have two color arrays.
