I installed R on a Mac laptop running 10.2 (Panther). I tried to download and install all of the Bioconductor packages using the menue entry. The download went fine but I got a warning message for installation of many of the packages that the installation completed with a nonzero error code. I tried to use affy but it had not installed. Have others been successful installing affy on a Mac running 10.2? Richard Simon, D.Sc. Chief, Biometric Research Branch National Cancer Institute
